TERMS:

I will hand edit all the best pictures and try get as correct forms on balances and leaps as possible. * There will be at least 20 photos / routine, depending on how the gymnast performs and uses the carpet. Usually way more than 20 if the program doesn’t have lots of drops or mistakes.

I reserve the right to post any of the photos during or after the competition or use them at my own advertisement.

I sometimes take photos of gymnast getting ready with a coach but you can’t request that since it depends on the competition venue if it’s possible!

Video will be vertical video and is a compilation of best moments from the routine. If a gymnast makes a lot of mistakes, the video will be shorter. Video doesn’t have any sound. You can add what ever sound you want after receiving the video.

* No refunds. I will do my best to capture all the corrects poses. Except if a child is sick and unable to perform, I can then refund the money.

** I reserve the right to decline a photo order for un-ethical clubs. I will cancel and refund if a group is not following ethical guidelines. For example: unfair and un-ethical judging and coaching behaviour. Un-ethical behaviour in club leadership. I reserve the right to cancel any and all orders before, during or after the competition. In case of cancellation, I will refund all paid orders.

There will be my logo on the left bottom corner or video and photos. Some photos might “seem” smaller in resolution, but that is because I crop in to get better framing. All photos look good on social media. I deliver photos that are mainly 1:1 aspect ratio. (square). If you hate my logo, double the price to get rid of it! ;)

***Delivery time within a week. Please be patient. Or you can choose the same evening express delivery. Remember to pay the express price on top of the normal price.

You will receive a confirmation letter after submitting the form which has all the relevant info!

You can also pay cash or with card/applepay etc on the venue. We might have to settle those payments after the competition if the day is hectic. Payments can always be sorted afterwards so don’t worry about it. As long as the order comes trough, I will take the photos.
